Former FACEIT and Fnatic executives launch ELO, Supporting Games Made For and With Communities

LONDON, May 20, 2025 – ELO Group Ltd. announced today the launch of ELO, supporting game studios, publishers and brands to put the community experience at the heart of video games.

Today, challenges for game studios are abundant with studios and developers resorting to expensive, disjointed and short-term focused metrics and campaigns. Yet data shows that people spend tremendously more time on legacy and franchise titles than new game titles.

As game studios strive to create compelling games for audiences, ELO believes that the route to success is to focus on community from the earliest moments of a game’s inception and create equally compelling out-of-game community experiences.

To emphasise its focus on community participation, ELO launched with a campaign message ‘#PowerToTheGamer’ to reinforce ELO’s belief in the power of the community before, during and after the game's launch. ELO
