How Pawsome: Astro Burn Demo Released
We got some pawsome news! Today, our partner Beyond The Pixels drops the first public demo of Astro Burn, a fur-filled, frantic space shooter clawing its way onto Steam. The full launch across PC, Mac, mobile, web browsers and consoles is set for early 2026.
Armed with blazing furr-power, cat-like reflexes and nine lives, its main character Astro level by level uncovers the truth behind humanity’s disappearance, taking the fight to space-like enemies and mechanical overlords in order to discover what led to Earth’s cat-aclysmic demise!
Beyond The Pixels is a next-gen transmedia studio redefining retro-cool for today’s generation. Astro Burn is its debut title: a modern, retro-inspired shoot-’em-up already confirmed for an animated TV series (announced in Deadline), proving our vision goes far beyond the game itself.
For ELO it also marks a milestone: our first in-game logo appearance, a nod to the community-first approach guiding both Astro Burn and Beyond The Pixels’ future titles.
